  • Legal research on applicable laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including consumer protection regulations and data privacy
  • Assist with contract drafting, proof-reading and corporate secretary matter
  • Involvement in cross-functional tasks
  • Collaboration with legal counsel from other jurisdictions
  • Assisting in formulation of company legal policies and proceduresSupport in other legal operations and ad-hoc duties
