Responsibilities:
As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to a Partner and a team of fee earners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-level legal secretarial support to fee earners.
- Managing general administration tasks, including inbox management, drafting correspondence, and court documents.
- Ensuring compliance with client SLA’s and specific billing requirements during monthly billing processes.
- Handling client and matter queries, from opening to closure of a matter.
- Coordinating with counsel on generating briefs and managing matter coordination.
- Capturing and recording fee earner time, including business development activities.
- Diary management, organising internal and external client meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assisting with client and matter queries, routine correspondence, and organising appointments.
- Managing finance-related tasks, including processing third-party invoices, compiling fee earner expenses, and assisting with timesheets.
