Description:

The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department is looking to recruit ambitious staff in administrative support in Government Claims Section at Government Disputes and Claims Directorate to contribute to the implementation of its duties and functions in accordance with the procedures approved in this regard.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • To provide the work team with administrative support, when required, to ensure that duties are completed accurately as required.
  • To follow up on cases and document all files associated with them.
  • To prepare and draft minutes of meetings relevant to the organizational unit work and submit them to the Line Manager for approval.
  • To prepare and draft correspondence relevant to the organizational unit work and submit it to the Line Manager for approval.
  • To fulfill any other duties assigned to them by the Line Manager or the Director of Directorate.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or its equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the area of work.
  • The ability to work as one team and deal with workload.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
