TITLE: LEGAL COORDINATOR

Summary: As a Legal Coordinator at Progressive Spine & Orthopaedics, you will play a critical role that bridges the gap between complex medical information and a diverse audience. You’ll collaborate with healthcare professionals, researchers, and clients to draft narratives that educate, engage, and inspire.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Medical Content Creation: Research and synthesize medical and scientific data to develop clear and concise draft narratives that are accessible to a range of audiences, from healthcare professionals to patients.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, medical experts, and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather insights, and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure that all medical narratives adhere to industry regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards, such as Good Publication Practice (GPP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
- Multimedia Integration: Collaborate with graphic designers, illustrators, and multimedia experts to enhance narratives with visual elements, infographics, and interactive content.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and credibility of medical narratives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Legal liaisons are responsible for conveying legal information and requirements between different parties. This may involve translating complex legal terminology into more understandable language for clients or stakeholders.
- Coordination: They coordinate efforts between legal teams, clients, and other relevant parties. This could involve scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on legal matters.

Qualifications:
