ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a passionate Legal Counsel to join our innovative legal team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of new renewable energy projects while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation strategies are upheld.
You will collaborate closely with our Strategy & Development Team, providing expert legal advice and support throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, from early works to power purchase agreements
- Conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and risk frameworks
- Facilitating communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Staying updated on legal and industry developments to support informed decision-making
Responsibilities:
