QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or BPO environment.

SKILLS:

  • Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, and employment law.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in international law and cross-border transactions is a plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

OUR PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including client contracts and vendor agreements.
  2. Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  3. Advise on employment law, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and handling employment disputes.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
  5. Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
  7. Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance issues.
