QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or BPO environment.
SKILLS:
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, and employment law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in international law and cross-border transactions is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including client contracts and vendor agreements.
- Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Advise on employment law, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and handling employment disputes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance issues.
