Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic legal advice on a range of employment matters to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying, discussing and acting on current and future risks.
- Providing legal advice and input into employment policies, contracts, deeds and documentation relating to EY employees.
- Reviewing and interpreting legislation and providing related advice.
- Advising on employment law aspects of the Firm’s acquisitions, including managing employment due diligence.
- Advising on and managing workplace investigations and complaints.
- Advising on and representing the Firm in relation to employee claims such as general protection and unfair dismissal claims.
