Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AT A GLANCE

Fugro’s Legal function is a global function organized by specialization or region. The colleagues in the Legal team for the Europe & Africa region provide legal support to the Fugro organization and businesses from various locations in Europe. The team works together closely, sharing best practices and know-how.

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts with our clients and supporting the commercial and business development teams in tender processes
• Supporting the project teams with contentious matters during the execution phase of a project
• Advising and providing training on Fugro’s internal policies and guidelines
• Developing procedural improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency in legal support.
• Managing outside counsel in Germany
• You will work together with other members of the legal team on legal and related matters, such as intellectual property and compliance (sanctions, export control, speak-up, anti-bribery and data protection), and with other corporate functions, such as insurance, treasury, and tax
