REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Law.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Minimum of 3 years experience practicing corporate law; either within a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As Legal Counsel, you’ll have a broad / generalist scope across the GoodHabitz organization. You’ll be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our organization across a wide variety of matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including Contract Law and Privacy.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including templates, bespoke agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and analysis, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and mitigate risks.
