Description:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED
Legal Counsel, Group
Responsibilities:
- Master of laws or specialized certifications in areas relevant to the organization’s operations (e.g corporate law)
- Strong experience in international business and international legal practices and key legislations.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in corporate law responsibilities, preferably in stock listed company.
- Experience in international tax law legislation and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of Finnish legislation and research skills to analyze legal issues
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles
- Understanding of M&A transactions, due diligence processes and familiarity with IP laws and regulations are seen as beneficial
- Fluent Finnish and English as business languag
