JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A good LLB (Hon) or JD degree from a reputable university
• Corporate transactional practice with at least 5 years of post qualification experience in a law firm and/or in-house
• Strong M&A experience and corporate secretarial experience will be a plus
• A candidate with telecommunication/technology legal expertise is preferred, but not a must
• Called to the Singapore Bar
• Strong and concise drafting skills, excellent communication abilities and commercial savviness are pre-requisites
• Motivated and self-driven
• Ability to think ’out of the box’, both independently as well as part of a team

You will be an integral member of a strong legal team and provide legal, corporate (including corporate secretarial) and commercial support for the Company and its group of entities. For this role, candidate should have experience in drafting and negotiating corporate transactions. You will also work closely with the business units in their products and strategic initiatives and partner them in advising legal and risk management issues, including disputes management.
