• Supporting the Senior Legal Counsel and General Counsel - Dispute Resolution & Litigation
• Providing legal support in relation to the defence of a representative complaint to the OAIC, consumer class action and a shareholder class action
• Assisting Medibank to operate in accordance with legislative requirements, regulations and internal policies, and to understand legal risks
• Escalating to the Senior Legal Counsel and/or General Counsel – Dispute Resolution & Litigation issues of significance in a timely manner
• Liaising with and assisting as required other lawyers and support staff in the TLC team
