Considering its further international business expansion, Parkwind is looking to enlarge its legal team with a Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be joining Parkwind’s legal team focusing on general corporate, commercial and compliance matters in relation to renewables projects in Belgium and abroad.

  • You will be responsible for negotiating and managing a diverse range of business contracts relating to on- and offshore wind energy and other renewables. You will advise on legal risk and liabilities associated with such contracts and how to manage these.

  • You will advise on and support renewables tenders and projects across the globe.

  • You will liaise with your colleagues of the business teams (incl. business development, projects, technology) to ensure and coordinate appropriate support.
  • You will provide general legal support to project companies and other group entities.
  • You will assist in preparing relevant internal documents and presentations for the management and/or board.
  • You will work together with our lead counsel legal and insurance in building and maintaining a sound governance and compliance framework as regards among others corporate housekeeping and data protection.
  • You will be a member of a dynamic legal team and will report to our lead counsel legal and insurance
