JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide legal support to business and operational departments including advising, negotiating, drafting and vetting of legal documentation
• Legal administration of land and administrative matters pertaining thereto;
• Vetting of insurance policies and administrative matters pertaining thereto;Drafting of Board resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• LLB (Hons) from a recognized university in Singapore or a common law jurisdiction
• Minimum 3-4 years’ post qualification experience in general corporate / commercial work, either in a law firm or in-house with a large or medium-sized company
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Meticulous, analytical, good interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of and familiarity with Company Law, Secretarial Work, Internal Controls and Compliance Procedures would be an added advantage.
