Job Responsibilities :
As a Legal Counsel supporting Razer’s corporate functions, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across various aspects of the organisation’s operations. You will be a member of the HQ Legal team, providing legal support to internal stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters for our global business operations.
- Provide legal support to corporate functions, including Finance, HR, Info Tech, Secretariat, and Corporate Development;
- Provide legal support for mergers & acquisitions, investments/divestments, corporate restructuring, major corporate actions, and financing projects; and
- Draft, analyse, negotiate and complete complex commercial transactions with our customers and strategic partners across various business units.
Pre-Requisites :
- be a Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 1-3 PQE at a leading law firm;
- have undertaken training with the corporate and commercial department of a leading law firm;
- have experience in supporting M&A projects;
- experience in supporting banking and financing work, as well as infosecurity/ IT/ software projects, would be a plus; and
- have exceptional teamwork, collaboration and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and provide legal support to colleagues in other departments.
