Description:
You will be joining a top global precious metals company in Sydney as an in-house legal counsel with a diverse scope of work across legal and compliance needs focused on clients and technological innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the legal and compliance needs both domestically and internationally.
- Providing legal advice for the business regarding AML/CTF Act, Corporations Act and Privacy Act.
- Being the point of escalation for all AML/CTF compliance across business units.
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on a range of documents, marketing and contracts.
- Managing and investigating complaints by customers or any disputes.
