Description:
Our client, a well-established company in the industry of food & beverages, is currently looking for a Legal counsel to join a dynamic team. This opportunity will enable the ideal candidate to create lasting impact by offering legal advice and guidance on a wide range of subjects as well as with a scope for professional development and progression.
In your role:
- You will deliver legal support to diverse divisions within the company & additionally, you will provide legal advice on data protection
- Support labour and employment issues
- Collaborate with business units, regional and global stakeholders to identify and advise on laws and regulatory changes applicable to a specific country and/or multiple countries
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a Swiss university (lic. iur. or Master of Law) and admitted to the Swiss Bar
- At least 5 years of legal experience, ideally in a large multinational company and/or a Swiss law firm
- Experience in Data Protection, Swiss Commercial Law, Contract law & Swiss Labour Law
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with the necessary level of independence, under high pressure in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- A “growth” mindset and an interest in deepening knowledge in various areas of the law
- Strong analytic and strategic vision, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent German and English skills
