Our Client
Our client is a well-known leader is in the Manufacturing space. They are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Supports all legal business matters pertaining to the SEA region
- Provides a variety of general corporate and commercial legal services to a number of in-house clients and legal SEA community
- Acts as an advisor on legal issues involving the organization’s government and regulatory compliance
- Reviews legal data and advises organizations on appropriate legal action to be taken
- Coordinates and monitors the legal matters handled by outside counsels and ensures the legal panel is updated based on the needs of the regional organization
- Advises and supports on general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance and organization, drafting transactional documents
TO QUALIFY
- A recognized degree in Law
- Significant corporate experience with min 2 -5 years of legal experience gained in-house or in practice with a reputable law firm.
- Ability to work well under pressure
