We are currently seeking an In-House Legal Counsel to join our journey of delivering state-of-the-art simulation to healthcare professionals, allowing efficient training without putting patients at risk. YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an international business context. You should have approximately 5 years of legal practice, demonstrating expertise in corporate or commercial law. A strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and commercial transactions is essential, complemented by knowledge in other legal areas.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. Additionally, business acumen and analytical skills are desired to guide strategic decisions from a legal perspective.
Fluency in English and Swedish is required, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. A degree in Law from an accredited university is essential.

Responsibilities:

As In-House Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance and support across various aspects of the business operations. This position will be based either in Gothenburg or Stockholm and will involve travel, primarily to our other offices.

  • Developing and implementing legal processes and frameworks.
  • Managing external legal services.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Supporting corporate governance activities.
