Description:

  • Independently draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including but not limited to construction project contracts, procurement and distribution agreements, real property leases, software agreements, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, customer service agreements, master services agreements, group purchasing organizations (GPO), requests for bids/proposals, purchase orders, and other various contracts, based on operational needs.
  • Work closely with project and construction management Teams to anticipate, monitor and resolve project related issues or disputes, coordinate proper approval and document signatures, and communicate with customers and subcontractors. Provide legal support to internal group stakeholders on diverse legal matters
  • Support for various ongoing legal projects, legal documents, and litigation files, as required. Ensure organization and proper follow-up of open legal matters.

Competencies:

  • (2-3 years) Knowledge of contract negotiation, legal terms, and general legal principles;
