Description:
These roles will cover all elements of Legal Entity Control, including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, financial statement preparation, month-end closing, assisting with audit and tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual Financial Statements
- Regulatory reporting to MAS
- Assisting with tax reporting and annual audit
- Month-end closing
- Supporting senior finance leadership on process improvements, and finance projects where needed
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Bachelor of accountancy or finance and either hold or actively working towards a professional accounting qualification (eg. CPA, CA)
- 2 + years of experience – either coming straight from Big 4 audit (having audited financial services clients, specifically in Financial Markets/Investment Banking) or prior working experience in financial control / legal entity control, and/or regulatory reporting in a financial institution
