• Filing
• Preparation of legal documents and opening of conveyancing cases. Working closely with the sales team in ensuring smooth completion of transactions.
• Communication
• Liaising with Agents, Brokers, clients and related parties for further verification and clarification.
• Data Collection
• Administrative support in requesting and retrieving of necessary documents.
• Scheduling of Appointment
• Setting up of appointment for client to sign legal documents with the Solicitor as well as monitoring deadlines.
