LEGAL EXECUTIVE (ESTATES)
About Our Client: Our client is a thriving medium-sized law firm located in Orewa, providing top-notch legal services in the North Auckland region and beyond. Key Responsibilities: As a Legal Executive specializing in Estates, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s firm. The primary focus will be on Estate and Trust Administration work, with opportunities to engage in various legal fields. Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive Estate Work: Handle all aspects of Wills, Estates, Trusts, and Property matters.
- Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Estate Administration: Manage Estate Administration files from start to finish.
- Client Liaison: Establish and maintain direct communication with clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Collaborative Support: Proactively assist Directors, offering support and contributing to the efficiency of the legal team.
- Efficient Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, working systematically and efficiently, particularly in an electronic environment.
- Legal Tools Proficiency: Utilize ADLS forms, precedents, and demonstrate comprehensive LandonLine experience.
- Experience: Ideally, you should have 3+ years PQE with a focus on Estates and Trust practice. NZILE registration is beneficial but not essential.
