Description:
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Innovation as a key person in this winning Legal Innovation Team, you will relish your liberal ‘licence’ to innovate/automate/improve the business across multiple-dimensions.
Specifically, you will enjoy the stimulation+ challenge of:
creating+ strategizing+ implementing+ project managing cutting-edge business improvement/automation/digital solutions for the firm+ its clients ;
contributing to the development of best practice standards to improve+automate processes/reduce risk;
coaching internal lawyers/other staff on innovation+improvement techniques and delivering training/development programs to guide+ educate them;
creating+ implementing change management strategies to reduce change-resistance+ embed long-lasting change;
liaising with/building+managing various stakeholder relationships internally with law partners, lawyers, innovationists, legal tech/marketing/knowledge management teams + externally with clients+ external tech service providers/consultants/academics.
