Responsibilities:
THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE FOR THE PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS
- Previous experience as a legal/paralegal secretary is a plus
- Communicate proficiently in English (written and spoken).
- Highly organized, pro-active and can work with minimal supervision
- The ability to work at his/her own initiative and around tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle between a range of tasks and work extra hours to meet deadlines

- Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafts, revises, and edits letters and other written documents, and collects and analyzes information.
- Records and documents meeting discussions, maintains transcripts, documents, and maintains evidence.
- Maintain corporate documents & projects documents
- Maintain database of the owners of the properties in a detailed format
- Follow up with the unit owners for documentation control
- Ensuring documentation & filing as per the SOA set by management
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
- Curates, Maintains, and Elevates databases, records, files, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation with ‘FIVE-Star’ Precision.
- Assists in orchestrating Project Coordination, ensuring the progress, timelines, and milestones are executed in a timely, ‘FIVE-Styled’ Fashion.
- Supports with research, data collection, and analysis for various projects, always with an Exquisite Flair.
- Manages invoices, purchase orders, and Financial Documentation with Remarkable Attention to Detail, ensuring payments are processed Accurately and on time.
