We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Director who is responsible for new business acquisition and growth within our Legal Managed Services & eDiscovery business. We need an experienced sales leader who has a consultative sales approach and a successful track record of growing and onboarding clients with polished presentation skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two to five years of experience in eDiscovery Sales, as well as Legal Services.
  • Experience selling to Commercial Law firms and Corporate Legal / in House teams in Australia and NZ.
  • Proven track record in hunting new business
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets while working under pressure
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

  • Increase revenue through acquiring new clients by building relationships and assessing client needs
  • Responsible for attainting assigned revenue and account development objectives by driving sales initiatives with corporations and law firms
  • Generate new client leads through prospecting and marketing efforts
  • Focus on developing relationships with clients to win eDiscovery projects involving forensics, early case assessment, predictive coding, hosting, e-data processing, document reviews, and other traditional litigation support solutions.
  • Focus on developing relationships with clients to win projects involving Legal Managed Services including Spend Management, Contact Review/Drafting, Contract Management, Legal Research, Data Analytics.
  • Consistently qualify, generate, and execute opportunities in coordination with Sales Management
  • Track all opportunity and customer details, including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Contribute to the growth of our existing and new eDiscovery client business
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
