• Designs policies and legal practices relevant to his/her field of expertise, passes them on, and trains people concerned, whether legal or not.
• Ensures L’Oréal’s legal compliance and certainty in regards to its activities, in connection with the developments of the standards in force (legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential, internal, etc.).
• Drafts, negotiates, and revises any kind of legal act connected to his/her field of expertise.
• Directs legal proceedings to be undertaken and conducts litigation (pre-litigation, trial, and/or settlement).
• When necessary, represents the Group among professional organizations.
• Recruits, develops, and manages his/her teams
