Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Legal Operations Manager for TQL, you will work closely with the Legal Team and business stakeholders to refine processes, manage data, and produce actionable reporting. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of this team, including maintaining the Legal Tracker, creating, and maintaining requested reports and databases, and managing and supporting projects across the department.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results
- Report on key operational and substantive metrics for the Legal Team that will better inform decision-making
- Identify and implement Legal Team tools and automations to streamline new or existing practices
- Develop and enforce processes and policies to manage outside counsel usage and spend
- Produce reports, feedback, surveys, and notes requested by Assistant General Counsel
- Identify inefficiencies in a process and develop and implement the newly designed processes to improve efficiency
- Lead a team of individuals to formulate strategic goals, accomplish rapidly evolving objectives, and provide exceptional customer service.
