Description:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with an interest in law and excellent communication skills? We’re searching for a dedicated Legal Receptionist for a great local firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic legal practice known for its professionalism and commitment to client service.

A typical day will see you carrying out:

  • Reception Duties: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, answer incoming calls, and manage correspondence
  • Client Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide them with necessary information
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing office supplies
  • Conveyancing Support: Provide support to our conveyancing team by preparing legal documents, conducting property searches, and assisting with file management
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication within the team and with clients to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client service
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our case management system and ensure records are updated and organised

We want to see your CV if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within a legal environment
  • Availability to own the role 5 days a week 9am to 5pm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software is a plus
  • Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and terminology is desirable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
