Legal Receptionist
We have partnered with a leading Australian Corporate Law Firm who are looking for an experienced legal receptionist to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The client offers a wide range of legal services to cater to individual, business and organisational needs.If this role sounds like your perfect match, apply now!
Your new role
As a legal receptionist you will be responsible for greeting existing and potential new clients as a first point of contact for a reputable firm in Brisbane CBD. They are seeking an experienced professional with the ability to multitask and priortise within a fast paced environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound telephone calls;
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails;
- Office administrative duties such as ordering stationery;
- Diary / File Management and appointment scheduling;
- Greeting clients and escorting them to meeting rooms;
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality;
Ensuring a tidy, well-maintained reception area; andOther ad hoc duties as required
Your skills and experience
- 1 - 3 years receptionist experience (Preferably within the legal space)
- Great attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work within a fast paced environment
