Legal Receptionist
We have partnered with a leading Australian Corporate Law Firm who are looking for an experienced legal receptionist to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The client offers a wide range of legal services to cater to individual, business and organisational needs.If this role sounds like your perfect match, apply now!
Your new role
As a legal receptionist you will be responsible for greeting existing and potential new clients as a first point of contact for a reputable firm in Brisbane CBD. They are seeking an experienced professional with the ability to multitask and priortise within a fast paced environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound telephone calls;
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails;
  • Office administrative duties such as ordering stationery;
  • Diary / File Management and appointment scheduling;
  • Greeting clients and escorting them to meeting rooms;
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality;
  • Ensuring a tidy, well-maintained reception area; andOther ad hoc duties as required

Your skills and experience

  • 1 - 3 years receptionist experience (Preferably within the legal space)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work within a fast paced environment
