JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ford Agency is looking for Legal Recruiting Coordinator for one of DC’s top corporate law firms. The Coordinator will play an integral part in organizing and implementing the firm’s summer associate and fall recruitment programs. This role is well-suited to candidates with at least two years of experience in recruiting or professional development, preferably in a law firm. This position has frequent interaction with the firm leadership requiring strong interpersonal skills and a high level of diplomacy and professionalism. Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with the management of the fall recruitment program: liaise with law schools, register for on-campus interview and job fairs, coordinate and attend recruitment events, schedule callback interviews, and serve as a point of contact for candidates
  • Support the summer associate program: organize and monitor summer events, prepare orientation schedules, assist with coordinating summer assignments, prepare for mid and end of summer reviews, and summarize program survey
  • Overall logistical support: prepare and manage law school feedback forms and surveys and oversee and process recruitment expenses and budgets

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least two years of recruitment or professional services support experience, legal preferred
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management sills, ability to juggle competing priorities
