Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ford Agency is actively seeking a sharp and poised Legal Recruiting Coordinator for a global law firm. The Coordinator will assist with the fall recruitment, summer associate programs, and recruiting cycle for lateral associate and other attorney roles.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with the management of the fall recruitment program: liaise with law schools, register for on-campus interview and job fairs, coordinate and attend recruitment events, schedule callback interviews, and serve as a point of contact for candidates
  • Support the summer associate program: organize and monitor summer events, prepare orientation schedules, assist with coordinating summer assignments, prepare for mid and end of summer reviews, and summarize program survey
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding judicial clerks, lateral associates, and attorneys
  • Assist with special projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in professional services firm
  • Experience supporting summer associate programs strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management sills, ability to juggle competing priorities
