Our client is a successful, fast growing and progressive Legal Technology firm who boast numerous awards as one of Australia’s top employers. This is an exceptional position for someone with legal industry experience, specifically in conveyancing and property law, wishing to explore a new and exciting field and reap the benefits of full training as well as endless opportunities to advance in their career.
The main focus of the role is to provide customer service to major accounts clients who require support with their use of an online technology platform used for conducting legal searches. You will be responsible for chasing up documents and information from regulatory authorities on their behalf, escalating requests as required and assisting with any special search projects as required.
As you will work extensively via phone and email, confident and friendly communications skills are required (excellent written and verbal English is essential) and you will be someone who thrives in a support role focused on providing exceptional customer service. There is plenty of administration and clerical work associated with the role so strong organisation skills and top attention to detail are also required skills.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the legal (or regulatory searching) sector and be ready to see your career fly as opportunities to progress within this leading organisation are endless! This is a permanent full time role Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 5.00pm offering a hybrid work from home / office arrangement. The salary guide is up to $65,000 + Super.
