We are representing a prestigious law firm that is seeking a talented Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to their legal professionals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the legal field, preferably within conveyancing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary preferably in conveyancing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive mindset, team oriented, great energy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Full time Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a property litigation and project conveyancing team
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Diary management, scheduling appointments, hearings, and meetings
  • Maintaining legal files, both in physical and electronic formats
  • Communicating with external parties and clients
  • Dictation and transcription
  • Providing administrative support, such as answering phones, processing mail, and filing documents, billings and invoices.
