Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary (Healthcare) to join their growing Healthcare team based in Cork. Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Legal Secretary (Healthcare) in our clients Healthcare team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team’s operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive secretarial support, managing documents, handling court administration tasks and maintaining client files. You will also be expected to perform various administrative duties and adapt to additional responsibilities as they arise. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Provide full general secretarial support including digital audio typing
- Handle court administration tasks such as preparation of court documents, pleadings and briefs; liaising with Counsel
- Manage documents effectively
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, answering the phone, making appointments and liaising with clients
- Maintain client files by opening, closing and updating them as necessary
- Take on other duties as may arise depending on the workload across the Cork office
