Responsibilities:

As a legal secretary working across either their intellectual property team or litigation team, you will be supporting up to Partner level, and your main responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Liasing with all stakeholders and clients
  • Monthly billing and invoicing
  • Working directly with clients, developing and maintaining

relationships, and assisting with business development

activities

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Creating and amending typed documents such as letters,

emails, correspondence and contracts

  • Diary & email management
  • Time entry
