JOB DESCRIPTION

Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join one of our leading law firm clients on a permanent basis. The London office is based in a central location with great surroundings.
This role will support a Senior Partner within the Property Litigation team so candidates must have previous experience in property litigation/litigation.

The general duties of the Legal Secretary will include but will not be limited to:

  • Managing diaries
  • Arranging travel
  • Opening new files
  • Compiling documents
  • Assisting with business development and marketing
  • Preparing billing guides
  • Managing databases

It is crucial that candidates have a positive attitude, the ability to prioritise, have excellent client service standards and be advanced in Microsoft Office.
