Job responsibilities:
- Administrative support to lawyers: managing schedules, calendar, calls, travel bookings, appointment reservations and recurring commitments
- Legal file management: organising file lists, maintaining calendars and deadlines for matters.
- Document management: organisation of documents, emails, and correspondence
- Document processing: proofreading, formatting, creating and editing PDF documents, engrossing letters, compiling bundles etc.
- Managing contact and client lists
- Assisting with e-litigation (Court filings and calendar) and searches (high court, e-lit, ACRA, ICMS, SLA Title search etc)
- Perform conflict checks
- Experience in creating LinkedIn posts and website updates would prove an advantage
- Other office support activities as assigned
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Independent and meticulous
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills. Additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook)
- Educational requirements: Diploma and above
- Work location: CBD Area
- Working hours: 9am – 6pm. Mondays to Fridays
