• Provide legal advice on legislative, regulatory, legal, policy and guideline requirements that affecting workers compensation claims and employer premium to enable sound, evidence-based and legally accurate decision making.
• Manage, assist and review legal advice including common law damages claims and statutory workers compensation benefits.
• Develop practical technical advice to provide coaching and training support around strategic management, both generally and in relation to specific claims.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including self-insured clients, internal clients and the management team by displaying the EML way values and behaviours.
