JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on regulatory matters affecting company’s payments and financial services businesses in Singapore.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance strategies for new and existing products.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to safeguard company’s interests.
