We are seeking a suitably qualified Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant on a full Time basis for our Ascot Home.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Proof of Work rights in Australia
• Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose)
• Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant, you will support our Lifestyle Coordinator helping create, implement and further develop our Lifestyle programs. Working frontline with our residents, you will promote positive outcomes for our resident lifestyle choices while catering to their individual needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with professional care practices
• Work collaboratively with your team to support and contribute to the Lifestyle plan
• Evaluate current and future Lifestyle options and initiatives
• Provide support for our Volunteers
• Participate in ongoing education and support within your team
