This thriving, award-winning, Legal 500 firm seeks a Secured Lending Associate to join its office in Thame.
The Firm:
This firm has one of the most well-respected names for quality Property work across the Thames Valley. They are a multi-service practice, with Real Estate flavour throughout all the other departments.
The firm punches well above their weight and their main competitors are impressively some Top Legal 500 firms, they deal on par with some of the country’s most well-known law firms.
They are one of few specialist Bridging and Finance teams outside of London and have attracted many to join them from firms within the city, looking for a more collegiate, friendly culture where staff can make more of an impact and feel valued. The firm is very entrepreneurial and is ahead of the curve on the changing legal landscape; they have recently invested heavily in the IT & infrastructure of the firm. It is this approach and strong leadership why they remain to be highly profitable.
The Role:
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property / Secured Lending Solicitor for their Thame office.
The secured lending department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a wide range of lenders and other financial institutions. You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.
You will deal with individuals and corporations with large property portfolios.

Requirements:

• You will a Secured Lending Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
• The Partner is currently very busy. On offer is a springboard for progression.
• You will deal with high-quality work, working alongside a highly regarded Partner
