As a Lending Administrator, you will be filling a critical back-office role in ensuring that our members’ loans are processed efficiently and accurately.
Joining our dynamic team means diving into the heart of Golden, CO, where our modern Corporate office buzzes with innovation and collaboration. Working closely with our Lending & Collections Manager, Loan Processor, and Solutions department. you’ll be instrumental in perfecting and automating our centralized processing unit, revolutionizing the way we serve our members.

Your typical day will be anything but ordinary. From liaising with our indirect loan partners and coordinating with county officials and dealerships to ensuring accurate deeds and titles, to generating unique reports that provide insights into our loan portfolio, you’ll immerse yourself in all aspects of lending operations. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Collections department, handling collateral protection insurance and manage credit disputes . enriching your skill set along the way. Each task you undertake will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and support to our members, making a tangible impact on their financial well-being.
