IT Level 2 Support Engineer job available at growing MSP | Permanent | Geelong | Immediate start

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

In this exciting new role, you will be:

  • Providing 2nd level helpdesk and onsite IT support for clients.
  • Administering and maintaining a range of systems and networks across a large client portfolio.
  • Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and adoption of new technologies.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
  • Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 Service Desk Engineers.
