Description:
Vertical Logic is seeking proficient individuals for the role of Onshore Rope Access Level 3 Technician with project management experience. This position entails overseeing rope access projects onshore, ensuring their timely completion and adherence to safety protocols. We are looking for candidates with advanced rope access skills, project oversight capabilities, and a strong commitment to safety. Preference will be given to applicants with specific skills and certifications relevant to onshore operations.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Extensive experience in rope access techniques, with advanced proficiency as a Level 3 technician
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams in onshore environments
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Project-specific technical skills such as welding, rigging, NDT, and other relevant disciplines
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Rope Access Level 3 Technician with demonstrated project management experience in onshore environments
- Proficiency in advanced rope access techniques and certification as a Level 3 technician
- Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellence in project delivery
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Work Permit (if applicable)
- Medical Clearance Certificate
- Rope Access Level 3 Certification

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage rope access projects onshore, ensuring their timely completion and compliance with safety protocols.
- Oversee rigging operations, equipment setup, and technical tasks associated with rope access projects onshore.
- Conduct pre-project planning, risk assessments, and method statement development for onshore operations.
- Coordinate with clients, project stakeholders, and safety representatives to ensure project objectives are met and safety standards are maintained onshore.
- Supervise rope access teams, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to technicians onshore.
- Perform advanced rope access tasks independently and assist in complex rescue operations as needed onshore.
- Monitor project progress, budget allocation, and resource utilization, and report updates to management onshore.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all aspects of project execution onshore.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying and addressing project challenges effectively
