JOB DESCRIPTION:
Currently seeking an experienced, driven, and creative licensed or non-licensed level II Architect. Mint Architecture is a fast-paced, growing architectural firm focused on design-build projects. Our architecture team has a wide range of projects from small tenant improvements to large multifamily developments and large commercial office spaces. You’ll be working among a fun team of experienced architects and drafters and are expected to communicate well with other parties involved including consultants, construction teams and owners. This is a great opportunity for someone who is anxious to have exposure to all stages of architectural design, development, and the construction process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Revit
- 2+ years experience in architecture
- Good communication and team skills
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Optimism and excitement about design

Responsibilities:
- Modeling buildings in Revit, Autocad, and Sketchup
- Managing design projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration
- Meeting with clients to determine needs and requirements
- Coordinating with pre-construction teams and other contractor teams during all phases of development
- Drafting of construction documents
