JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced LGV 2 Driver Multi Drop Courier to join our team at DHL Express. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of parcels and packages to our customers in the Enfield area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full UK driving licence
• LGV 2 (Cat C) licence
• Digi Card
• CPC Card
• No more than 6 points
• Previous experience as an LGV 2 driver, preferably in a multi-drop courier role.
• Good knowledge of the Enfield area and surrounding regions.
• Excellent driving skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and routes.
• This role may include manual handling.

• Safely operate and drive an LGV 2 vehicle to deliver parcels and packages to assigned destinations within the Enfield / North London area.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Efficiently plan and organize delivery routes to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
