Description:

We are looking for a reliable, motivated person to join our team to provide a service at the Oxford Road site library. You will help us to ensure that the Oxford Road site library delivers a high-quality service to all staff and students on placement as well as taking an integrative approach within the wider service across the whole group.
The post holder will be working three days per week between 11am and 7pm on Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and 9am to 5m on Fridays. The post holder will be required to work alone for part of the day and be able to close or open the library as required.
As part of a wider service covering four sites you will work as part of an administrative support team to the whole library function to enable daily processes to be completed to a required schedule.
To provide a library assistant service to users of the site library including user enquiries, issuing and returning stock, stock management, managing the site email inbox, providing articles requested by service users both internal and external, running administrative tasks on the library stock management system, providing administrative support to other sites within the MFT library service.
The post holder will also be involved in administrative support of our current service level agreements with NHS ambulance services and Health Education England.
