ABOUT THE ROLE:

For this position we aim to find you who wants to work within the IT-spectrum and have a close contact to our client and partners. At TD SYNNEX we are keen to teach you the skills you need to know to be successful in this role. As License Operation Specialist Nordics and East role you will, among other things, handle incoming order flows at the company. In this position you will grow within the role and you will keep sharing insights and experiences and skills with your colleagues.

MAIN TASKS:

• Placing orders and making quotes to our partners regarding various vendors like VMware, Veeam, Red Hat, Google, Adobe and Microsoft
• Handling return requests
• Work continually with e-mail communications cross our Nordic and East countries in Europe
• Backlog management
• Answering incoming phone calls from partners
• License management; handling anniversary processes and renewals for license agreements
• Other administrative tasks, also completing, changing and monitor order flow

To be successful in the role as License Operation Specialist Nordics and East

• You have a positive mindset of solving different problems
• You are self-motivated and take own initiatives independently and as part of a team
• You like administration, have an accurate working method and have a strong sense of service
• You need good computer skills and good knowledge of Office-package is also meritorious
• It is meritorious if you have worked with SAP or other business systems before, but it’s not a demand since we are keen to teach you
• Fluent spoken and written skills in local language: Finnish, Swedish or Danish and g ood spoken and written English skills are requirement for this rol
