  Come join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Team as a Licensed Behavioral Consultant, working full-time to provide support for families of children, adolescents, and young adults, age 3 to 21, who struggle with mental and behavioral health challenges. IBHS are medically prescribed, individualized services that are delivered within the home, school, and community of the individual. The LVF IBHS program is seeking a dynamic licensed behavioral consultant to join our clinical team!

WHAT YOU OFFER:

• Master’s Degree in mental health discipline or education; including psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) required
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and youth in behavior healthcare settings; community or school preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel throughout Bucks County
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation.

• Design and direct implementation of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide direction and supervision to the Behavioral Health Technician
• Interact with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic IBHS Program
• Meet with individuals and family members in their home, community, and school.
